Las Vegas!

Last weekend my mom and I drove up to Vegas and meet my sister Amy, and my sister-in- law Jami for a girls weekend. We had a blast! We ate ourselves sick every meal, laughed our guts out and chatted about everything and anything! It was so fun leaving our kids, husbands and all of our responsibilities at home for a few days and enjoy the company of these fun girls! I love you guys and can't wait until our next trip! Thanks for making it so fun!

Best invention ever...WASHABLE CRAYONS!

Rowdy loves to color but isn't the best about coloring on paper. Now it really doesn't madder! I just stick him in his high chair with these fabulous washable crayons and he goes crazy! When he is done I just wash his high chair down with a paper towel! FABULOUS!
I still try and encourage him to use paper, but now when he doesn't it's not so hard to clean up! I love that he is so into coloring, he comes up with some fantastic art, and he can't wait till Daddy gets home to show him his work. So fun!

Valentines Day!

For Valentines Day Jimmy and I decided to just stay home together and dip strawberries!

Jimmy only had one major job, and that was to not eat the chocolate!We ended up with 4 cookie sheets full of these yummy berries!

I am not a fan of milk chocolate so we dipped some in white chocolate!

SO DANG GOOD!

We both have had a ton of them and my fridge is still fully stocked with more!

Oddly enough we could not get Rowdy to try one. He just ran around the kitchen like a crazy person the entire time we where making them. But he would never taste one!

It was a wonderful Valentines Day!

SURPRISE!!! IM A BOY!

So today I went in for an ultrasound and I had a huge shock! About 5 min. into it, the girl giving me the ultrasound typed in IM A BOY!!!
I was totally shocked. I went in at 19 weeks and they told me HE was a SHE! But boy where they wrong.
Luckily I am still just as excited to get another boy, we just feel blessed that so far everything is looking good and he is healthy and getting stronger every day. I guess I will start packing up the closest full of girl clothes and all of her blankets etc. and pull out the boxes full of boy stuff!
Good thing we are not done having kids, and I still might be able to use all of the girl stuff I have!!!

The 3D utrasound was awesome, here is a picture of his face and his hand...I am already totally in love with him!

My sister put me onto these a little while back, and I wanted to share the info with you. A skinny cow is seriously one of the best ice cream treats ever, and they are only 2 points on weight watchers but they don't taste like diet food at all!
You can get a huge box of them at costco with Vanilla and Chocolate! YUM YUM!
