My sister put me onto these a little while back, and I wanted to share the info with you. A skinny cow is seriously one of the best ice cream treats ever, and they are only 2 points on weight watchers but they don't taste like diet food at all!
You can get a huge box of them at costco with Vanilla and Chocolate! YUM YUM!

I bought a box at Costco a week ago. My kids devoured them before I even had one. I bought another box on Thursday and put it in the extra freezer. I was looking forward to my treat. Today we found that the breaker tripped and the freezer has been off since sometime after that Costco trip. Everything in my freezer had to be tossed, including the Skinny Cows. So, to date, I have not tasted one. Maybe the third try will be luckier!
